Our honey is produced in the mountains of the island of Crete, in a truly unspoiled environment away from the urban pollution, in a local ecosystem of extremely dense, aromatic flora of endemic, self-sown flower plants, trees and shrubbery.
White thyme, dittany of Crete, pine, sage and thyme are but a small fraction of the flora that offers our bees exceptional food for them to produce our honey, an all-natural product that excels due to its high nutritional values.
Our state-of-the-art bottling and labelling unit is located in Phaistos, at the foothill of Mount Psiloritis. The bottling and labeling process of our honey is direct with absolutely no additives whatsoever and under regulations and specifications as defined by the Quality System.
